Traditionally, founders of growth companies provide for their early stage business capitalization of $50,000 to $250,000 from savings, friends and family or by maxing out credit cards. Government and bank loans require onerous personal guarantees and the pledge of assets. Venture capital and investment banking firms generally service less than 5% of their potential deal flow, and when they do invest, entrepreneurs lose large equity positions and frequently corporate control. Traditional investment banking firms can be expensive and are usually reluctant to get involved with small issues of early stage companies.

The Small Business Administration (SBA) believes there is a $60 billion capital raising gap from $250 thousand to $5 million. WSO services this funding gap by utilizing our investor database including "angels," "accredited investors", and "affinity groups." Our clients find a broad international audience for their offerings. We then assist in having their securities listed on a stock exchange and creating an aftermarket in which investors can trade their securities and handle the financial public relations with the investment community using current internet technology.

WSO's internet direct public offering (DPO) services offer certain opportunities and advantages over traditional IPOs for smaller companies raising under $5 million. Advantages resulting from utilization of current internet technology include:

1. Increased efficiency in the offering process
2. Decreased costs
3. Greater exposure to potential investors and in aftermarket trading

For those current public companies with depressed stock prices due to their being below Wall Street's financial radar,
WSO has several web services (as well as multi-media and broker/dealer programs) to enhance potential investor awareness. We intend to develop brand name recognition through our niche services.
