THE WALL STREET ORGANIZATION, INC.® entered into a Joint Venture Agreement to form BlackRock Media, LLC™. Blackrock Media™ acted as a parent company for a variety of web and print advertising endeavors, most notably The NetCard.

The WSO coordinated the filing of trademarks to protect the BlackRock brand and logo as well as incorporation documents in the state of Arizona.

The WSO prepared an extensive media kit for BlackRock Media, LLC as well as it's flagship program, The NetCard.
